This is a great video in a series given by an organization called TED, which is a small nonprofit organization devoted to "Ideas Worth Spreading".
In this particular video presentation (which is about 19 minutes long), Chef Dan Barber discusses a dilemma facing many chefs today: how to keep fish on the menu.
With deadpan humor and impeccable research, he chronicles his pursuit of a sustainable fish he could love, and the foodie's honeymoon he's enjoyed since discovering an outrageously delicious fish raised using a revolutionary farming method in Spain.
