Here's another interesting graph ...
The X-axis is ordered in increasing increments, from left to right, by the amount of saturated fat typically consummed in each country (just above each country name is the fat percentage per day eaten (3.9% for Bosnia to 15.5% for France).
The Y-axis represents DALY (Disability Adjusted Lost Years) per 100,000 of the countries' populations.
The differnt colors on the bars represent CHD, Stroke, and other CVD. The lines are regressions of the colored bars.
As you can see, as fat percentage increases in the diet, the general trend is for death associated with CHD, CVD, and Stroke to decrease.
Interesting isn't it?
