Thought you might be interested in reading this. Anthony Colpo can be a little profane, but I think that much of his research and logic is on the mark. In this article he takes on some of the most popular vegetarian studies and why they don't prove that vegetarianism is a better way to eat - just the opposite. Very Interesting.
